This recipe is both filling and healthy. To make this home-cooked meal, follow the steps below:

  1. Take two large cans of broth, either chicken or beef. Or you can cook the broth at home if you want. If you are using canned broth, make sure that it is low in sodium.
  2. Add in vegetables like carrots, green beans, wax beans, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and two or three cloves of garlic.
  3. Since it is a vegetable soup, do not add any meat.

    • Garlic is toxic for dogs in excess quantity. For instance, if you intend on making it a regular part of diet might harm dogs organs. But once in a while only as a side ingredient i.e, one or two cloves in the vegetable soup recipe won’t do any harm. Yet you can simply avoid adding garlic and let your GD enjoy the healthy recipe.
