This recipe is both filling and healthy. To make this home-cooked meal, follow the steps below:
- Take two large cans of broth, either chicken or beef. Or you can cook the broth at home if you want. If you are using canned broth, make sure that it is low in sodium.
- Add in vegetables like carrots, green beans, wax beans, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and two or three cloves of garlic.
- Since it is a vegetable soup, do not add any meat.
